Questions That Need Answers and Things to Know
Unless otherwise agreed to, all work, tasks, and projects completed by Metze paraLegal Services will be governed by these terms. Failure to read these terms will not absolve from penalties, late fees, or the termination of a working relationship.
TURN AROUND TIMES
Once all required documents are received, demand drafts and exhibits will be delivered within 4 business days

Once HIPAA forms are received and providers verified, requests will be sent within 3 business days
​
Once balances are verified, requests will be sent within 3 business days
​
Some timelines will vary and will discussed on a case by case basis
INVOICES AND PAYMENTS
Invoices will be sent via email upon completion of work.

Payment are accepted via direct deposit, credit/debit, or check. Failure to pay on or by invoice due date will result in late fees.
SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS
We accept documents via Dropbox and/or email.

If client documents or files must be picked up, mileage fees may accrue.
My goal is to provide you with timely and efficient service. Services can be expedited for a small fee.
