MEDICAL RECORD GATHERING
We do the leg work so you nor your clients have to! We will send a signed HIPAA, request letter and authenticity certificate to each treating provider and follow up bi-weekly until medicals are received.
CLIENT INTAKE ANDÂ COMMUNICATION
There would be no case without clients. At times, we need information that only the client can provide. Upon agreement and only when necessary, we will communicate with and update your clients throughout case progression.
BILL SUBROGATION AND REDUCTION
Your clients should be able to receive and enjoy their recovery without worrying about their medical bills and obligations. In accordance with firm policy, we will request necessary reductions from each treating provider and verify all subrogation interests before drafting a final disbursement for your client.
SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATIONS
If requested, we can draft counter demands, bad faith letters, or negotiate verbally with insurance adjusters to assist in timely resolution.
LITIGATION DOCUMENTS
We understand the need for promptness when filing suit for a client. We will draft selected documents necessary to file suit on client's behalf. If necessary, we can also assist with filing.
